Introduction:
Welcome to my corner of the world - I hope you connect with my work, follow along and find a little comfort here ♡
My Story
Hi! Welcome to this little corner of the world, my name is Prajakta :)
I've always had a great passion for anything art related - as well as visual arts, I'm equally in love with the performing arts as I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer!
From the age of 16, I was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, Out of which, Endometriosis made me hit pause on my life.
I am now 20, and still on my journey of navigating my life with this extra heavy luggage - but art is truly my strength through it all.
I hope you connect with my work and find a little comfort here ♡
My Goals
Through my personal battles, I've found a way to turn pain into purpose. I discovered incredible support through communities created by chronic illness warriors and proceeded to become an active part of them.
I created an instagram page "@GottaLoveEndo" - this page is dedicated to the art I create related to illness and battles.
I have many exciting upcoming events, projects and ideas so I hope you follow along and find something that resonates with you!
I aspire to create a safe space for vulnerability and strength. To share my story and let others know that they aren't alone.
My Work
Each creation has a journey, a story, an expression.
My work is a combination of my personal journey along with my heritage. I take inspiration from the beauty of India - it's intricacy and richness. As seen in most my pieces, I adore details.
Through "@GottaLoveEndo" I work with chronic illness warriors to create a digital drawing of them to share their story and give them a place of empowerment.
Furthermore, I take commissioned work, personalising and creating the visions of my clients - from home decor to business logos and media, each piece is personalised.
I work with various medians: digital drawings, b&w pen drawings, acrylic paint.

Under 'GottaLoveEndo' I collaborated with the charities Cysters and Endometriosis UK to create illustrations for their report highlighting the Endometriosis diagnosis inequalties in ethnically diverse communities.
My work is the cover page for this report that was printed and also taken to Parliment. Additional illustrations also appear throughout the report.
